We have started our new literacy topic… Pirates! We have loved listening to different pirate stories, making maps, treasure chests and playing on the pirate ship! If you have any pirate stories at home, feel free to bring them in 🙂
In Maths we have been measuring lengths using non standard units like cubes and bricks. We have also compared lengths using playdough and putting ourselves in order.
In Art, we have been taking our paintbrushes on a ‘walk’ to explore different mark making effects and colour mixing!
Thanks for all the chocolate donations today! We shared some jokes in class and giggled lots!
